All kinds of Health Tips (7)


Curcuma (turmeric) has an anti-inflammatory effect. (Curcuma is the yellow part curry seasoning.)


Cinnamon relaxes and helps against headache.

To achieve the flow, you need realistic challenges.


Stop smoking, reduce alcohol, weight in the middle. Moderation prolongs life.


Low impact sports three to four times a week prolongs life.


Recognition in your profession prolongs life.


Thank and forgiveness can prolong life.


Serenity, compassion (metta), positive thinking are tips of the Dalai Lama.


Don’t try to manage too many things at the same (multitasking). Peel one potato after the other.
