Diefenbacher Lyric

Haiku

Blazing flames
On the stove baked apples
Cat passes

Star

You're the star
Heading through space
Belonging to no constellation
Further
Through all constellations
Always bright
Never hidden
And never being reached
Always yourself

Haiku

The pierced heart
In which the knife rests
Croaking Raven

Frozen

Staring
Empty eyes
All
Azur from zenith to nadir

Piercing
Wind
But eyes cut
Clouds out of the arch

Frozen
Wind orphans
Crystals
Searing cloud flowers

Staring
East view
Awaiting the spring moon

Night

Night, flowing
No current, which carries away
Constant flow
Of darkness and silence

Light breeze of gloom
Blow
Blowing away
Woe

In the depth of the night
A star
Above the black vortex

Changes

Profaned chapel
No singing, no prayer, no faith
Two oxidizing bicycles
Damp clothes
Forgotten paint pots
Clearing out and Gospel ...
Seriously

Driftwood

Drifted
To the shores
Scaled off
Bleak
But there remains
Past

On the pallid beach
Light up driftwood
Out of the flames
Ascending
History
